By accessing or using the Research Targets website and database (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access the Service.
Research Targets provides a self-serve directory and lead enrichment database compiling publicly available data of Innovate UK grant winners, supplemented with active company statuses, decision-maker names, and SMTP-verified contact emails.
To access the database and export features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that access is granted to you personally or to your specific business entity, and accounts may not be shared.
Access to the Service requires a one-time purchase of £199 for Lifetime Access. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have not exported any leads or contacts from the database. To request a refund, please contact us at support@researchtargets.com.
You agree to use the contact information obtained from the Service in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Automated scraping or bulk harvesting of the database beyond the provided export interface is strictly prohibited.
Research Targets makes every effort to verify contact records, company status, and email addresses. However, all data is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the database will be 100% error-free or that email delivery is guaranteed.
